   If it's a business sale it's not strictly tupe. Someone else is buying the business.  But they need to go through the same rules on consultation if they want to make changes.

If one business is being liquidated and another one starting.  Then the staff are made redundant by the liquidators.

	I hope they keep the staff on. I've always found Budgens staff helpful, friendly and hard working.
