frensham common and ponds

   I heard this place is great for a family day out - picnic area, large ponds to swim in (becoming very rare these days), cycle trails. It's down near Farnham, Surrey. The common is owned and run by the National Trust. I was thinking of going there on Sunday, but assume it gets rammed on a sunny day. Has anyone been there and if so, when is it good to go?
