Yep, sounds like you have every right to park on that bit of public road.
Who is General Failure and why's he reading my hard disk?

I do the same. keep doing it.

You are not doing anything wrong. I'm sure you could claim vandalism and harassment, in this day and age.
Is back in the game! :)

keep parking there, next one, write on it, get stuffed!
no parking restrictions mean that!
typical GX snobs who think they own the road.
probably the same people who park outside M&S.Confused
i have a good idea where you park, yes, real snobs there, up on themselves.

I think if there's no restrictions and you aren't blocking anyone's access then we all want to save some money and grab free parking.

I park a car in a residential street in Gerrards Cross and then walk to the station. There are no parking restrictions in the road, and the car is not causing an obstruction. Recently a resident has taken to putting notes on my car, and then stickers on the windscreen telling me that there is commuter parking at the station. I know this, but I choose to walk. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Am I wrong to park my car where I choose?   I would be interested to know what the forum thinks.
