Didn't Ernie Clarke live in Hillside Close, one of the semi's going up Gravel Hill?

The Chesham office closed within a year of the CstP one closing, they are now far far away!

As the paper's name suggests it is more of a medium to advertise services and products.
The balance between news and adverts has changed over the years to a more advert based paper.
I believe they closed down their CSP office a few years ago and amalganated with their Chesham cousins, hence losing the local appeal.
It is predominately CSP news that gets in there but very little.
Good luck with your project.

Hi there,

Im researching The Buckinghamshire Advertiser for an university assignment.
Im looking to find out how it originated and the changes that it has been through over the last decade.

Im also interested if the paper has had any direct influence on issues of public interest within the community, or of any champaigns it has run.

Also if anyone as any opinions of the quality of news within the paper, wheather it has improved or become worse, over the last ten years since reduction in staff adn mergers with larger organisations, that would be highly interesting to me.

Any help would be great, thank you
