The roasts are good, as are the fry ups. Best chips for miles around.

I went in there on Sunday and had the Sunday Roast (Beef). It was fabulous! The beef was cooked to perfection, the roast potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, the vegetables were plentiful and not too fancy. I would definitely recommend you all try it.

Not a bad place, quite friendly, good beer. A bit on the small side though.

This pub is very welcoming. One of the few I don't mind walking into on my own. The staff are extremely friendly and there is always someone to chat too. The quiz on Thursday is excellent, it is very popular is if you are planning to come down with a team you need to get there before 7.45pm to get a table.

Just a repeat of Len's ancient review

After a day cleaning out soot, chimneysweep Len Sinclair enjoys a drink at his favourite watering hole – The White Horse in High Street, Chalfont St Peter. With three pubs crammed into the village centre, why do you drink at the White Horse? For the lovely staff, of course, and I like the ambience. It's a nice place where I know all the regulars and they will buy you a round.
