being the commoner that I am, I like a crusty bread roll (the type that cut your lip when you take a bite!) stuffed full of cheese and onion crisps! yum! makes me go all juicy! thinking about it!! I'm off for a pot noodle now! (judge dread quote.. bye....!) |

Peanut butter and nuttela chocolate spread is what i used to eat as a child! It reminded me of a snickers bar! My fav now is cold cajun chicken breast with roasted medditeranean veg (red onion, mixed peppers, courgette, tomato and mushroom) with sour cream and chive all wrapped in a flour tortilla yum! |

Wife and kids are on their way home from the beach. Needed something to eat.
Split a barbari nan in half (I bought these from Green Valley just off the Edgware rd). Spread one side with aubergine pesto layers of mozarella chopped tomato and chili from my greenhouse black pepper put the top of the bread on bake on overn till bread goes crunchy and mozarella has melted eat with a bottle or two of Brahma yum - may make another in a minute |

One of my personal favourites is quite simple: fresh Madagascan prawns/cream cheese/slice of smoked wild salmon/lettuce/cucumber/tomato with a sprinkling of cayenne on a freshly baked panini.
Can I use the sandwich recipes mentioned here in my book on sandwiches? |
