Don't know is the honest answer - probably could import in to the database - assuming the structure hasn't changed.  Probably also have to suspend the forum whilst we do it as well. Also depends whether it had been hacked and rendered unusable I suppose.  Must be massive as well - uploading / downloading could be interesting.
